We’re excited to welcome Harry Bell to the Agricultural Appointments team as our newest consultant in agribusiness recruitment.
Harry brings with him a deep-rooted understanding of the agricultural sector, having grown up on a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand’s picturesque Wairarapa region. His connection to the land, combined with practical experience across the fresh produce supply chain, gives him a unique edge when it comes to understanding the needs of agribusinesses and primary producers.
Before joining us, Harry played a key role at MG Marketing, a leading grower-owned co-operative, where he worked closely with growers, retailers, and logistics teams to deliver fresh produce to market. This role not only sharpened his commercial acumen but also helped him build strong, lasting relationships across the industry.
Adding to his diverse background, Harry has worked in both financial services and turf management—including a stint as a greenskeeper in the Netherlands. This broad experience reflects his adaptable skill set and his ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Now based in Melbourne, Harry is passionate about applying his industry knowledge and people-first approach to help clients across the agribusiness sector build high-performing teams. We’re thrilled to have him on board and look forward to the fresh energy and insight he brings to our growing team.
