Our Executive Search and Selection Strategy

1. Develop an in-depth client brief. To establish a brief, we conduct a detailed interview with you to determine the necessary qualifications, required experiences, and responsibilities of the vacant role. We also formulate a comprehensive overlook of your company’s background, including your goals and culture. From here, we establish the selection criteria for an ideal candidate’s profile.

2. Perform Talent pool research. Using our extensive talent database and agricultural network, we scour across all of Australia to identify potential candidates that align with your ideal profile.

3. Approach and screen potential candidates. Potential candidates are approached to gauge their interest in the position. We perform selected screening interviews to determine candidate suitability.

4. Shortlist and conduct interviews. Suitable candidates are shortlisted. We generate a consultant report comparing candidates to the client brief developed in step one. The formal interview process then commences, during which we liaise closely with you and your candidates to mediate and assess ongoing needs.

5. Finalise an employment offer. We conduct thorough reference checks, after which you select the client you wish to attract. We assist you in structuring an appropriate remuneration package and guide you through the offer of employment.

6. Follow up. Once the position has been filled, we keep in touch to provide ongoing follow-up with both you and the candidate to ensure both parties are content. We check back in on our assignment brief to guarantee the original agreement has been delivered.
